A quilt along (QAL) is a chance for quilters located anywhere and everywhere to work together on the same project. Typically hosted by a blog or website, the QAL has weekly or monthly goals and accompanying tutorials that walk you through the process. QALs usually involve a social media presence where you can feature your own progress and finished piece by posting or using special hashtags.

As a member of the Longarm League, I post here the QALs the league is supporting and that I am participating in along with the discount offered (sometimes it's a straight-up discount, sometimes free batting or return shipping).
